Silent Night? Ha! Let’s Try for ‘Manageable’ Night!
And just like that, we’ve arrived at Christmas Eve — the quiet pause before the big day, the warm glow before the full sparkle.
Whether you’ve been following along since Day One or popping in as time allowed (no judgment — it is December, after all), you’ve spent the last twelve days giving yourself a little movement, mindfulness, nourishment, and joy.
Tonight, give yourself permission to exhale.
Sip something warm.
Sit in the soft light of the tree.
Stretch your shoulders.
Soften your jaw.
Let yourself be present for the simple, steady magic in these final hours.
Tomorrow will be full — laughter, family, food, wrapping paper chaos — but you’ve built a foundation of calm and care that can carry you through it.
We’ll see you in the morning for our final gift.
Merry Christmas Eve. ✨

I must've slept through the whole day on Christmas Eve. I've been on the road for most of the month in December so, I haven't had much sleep at all. But I'm going to make up for it on New Year's Eve though!! 🎉🍸🍻🍸
