Fiber Fueled Mini-Review

One of our contributors just finished reading "Fiber Fueled" by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz. Here's what she had to say:

“...let me tell you, my gut is throwing a party! 🎉 I mean, who knew fiber could be so exciting? This book is like getting a big, cozy hug from your intestines, right after they finished a round of yoga.

Dr. Bulsiewicz has a way of making complex stuff about gut health feel like a chat with your funniest friend who just happens to be a doctor. He breaks down the science behind fiber and why our microbiomes are basically tiny party animals that need the right snacks. Spoiler alert: kale chips don’t cut it!

The recipes included have been a game-changer for my meal prep. I've gone from "What am I eating for dinner?" to "Let's see how many veggies I can stuff in here." My family might not be entirely convinced yet!

I'm still working on convincing them that quinoa is a miracle grain and not just bird food, but progress is progress!

I especially loved how the book is peppered with funny anecdotes and relatable stories. It keeps you engaged and makes you realize that taking care of your gut can actually be fun.

Plus, by the end of it, I felt like I’d finally met my digestive system’s long-lost best friend. 🥳

So, if you want to learn about fiber and gut health without feeling like you’re reading a boring textbook, go grab a copy! Your gut will thank you.”
