Clean Book Mini-Review
I recently finished "Clean" by Alejandro Junger, MD, and I have to say, it was quite an eye-opener!
The book dives into detoxifying your body and mind, which I found really intriguing.
Junger offers a step-by-step approach to cleaning up your diet and lifestyle, and it feels very doable.
The section on the different types of food we consume and how they affect our health was super informative. I appreciated how the author doesn’t just tell you what to avoid but also provides plenty of tasty alternatives.
The recipes look delicious, and I can’t wait to try them out. What I liked most is that the book isn't just about physical cleansing; it also touches on emotional and mental health, which I think is so important.
It encourages you to be mindful about what you put into your body and how you treat yourself overall. If you're looking to hit the reset button on your health, "Clean" is definitely worth checking out.
Just be prepared to make some changes, but Junger’s approach feels more like a gentle guide than a strict regimen. Overall, I found it motivating and practical!
