Spiced Matcha Latte

A warm and cozy drink with autumnal spices.

Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

Instructions:

Whisk matcha powder with a little hot water until smooth. Heat milk with spices and sweetener, then froth (optional). Combine with matcha mixture and serve warm.


Matcha Hot Chocolate

A fusion of earthy matcha and creamy chocolate.

Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)  1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice.

Instructions:

Whisk matcha powder with hot water. In a small pot, combine milk, cocoa powder, and sugar, and heat until warm. Blend in the matcha and stir until smooth. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
